AVAILABILTY
We are an online boutique and do not have a retail store. Paris Paw does NOT keep stock on ALL items available. Many of our items are custom-made. We ask that you please allow approximately (2) weeks for the item to be shipped from us directly. After an order has been shipped, it will be delivered to it's destination with in (2-9) business days. If in stock, Paris Paw will ship you order immediately
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery days indicated above are based on business days. A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Unless otherwise indicated by the carrier (please look at the map above for a rough estimate of delivery time).
SHIPPING POLICY
Paris Paw offers shipping with in the Continental US only. If you place an order and you are outside of the United States your money will be refunded but we will deduct the credit card fee amount that was charged to us from your refund. Paris Paw is not liable for any duties or taxes assessed on your shipment.
The carrier servce of Paris Paw is USPS Mail. We do not offer shipping insurance, if you would like shipping insurance please contact us for rates. Tracking numbers are available. If a tracking number is not received please email us at parispaw@yahoo.com.
Please understand that Paris Paw has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. We cannot be held liable for any LOST or DELAYED PACKAGES.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer a flat rate shipping of $8.00 per package.
SALES TAX
New Jersey residents are subject by law to 7% sales tax.
